A campaign sign usually announces a name, a candidate running for office. They are often left as unwanted artifacts of an election, littering a strip of highway or median. What if, besides just advertising a candidate’s name, these objects could contribute to the neighborhood they are in? By creating a spectacle, or a sense of whimsy, the neighbors could possibly become agents of their landscape, injecting spectacle, beauty to their environment.
