As many are aware, the Taliban leaders are educated, intelligent people, so using logic, it is not a stretch to see them in a corporate office environment. BUT, the media never portrays them in that way. Americans imagine Taliban leaders meeting in caves, sand and dust swirling around, and automatic guns as accessories. <\/p>\n<p>The announcement of a \u201cpermanent\u201d occupation of a place (office) in Qatar means acceptance of a shared responsibility, of recognition of stakeholders in the crisis which may be able to negotiate in an office. Because thats what the typology of a board room is for, negotiation and diplomacy.
