Division, making the CTA accessible\u00a0from all corners of the community. Further, we propose to close the\u00a0northbound lane of Milwaukee Avenue and maintain the\u00a0southbound lane for CTA buses and bicycle traffic only. In doing\u00a0so, the Polish Triangle extends itself into the community.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve defined our clients, not only as the CTA, but all groups that\u00a0constitute the community: including urban professionals, people\u00a0who are homeless, students, commuters, tourists, and artists.\u00a0We\u2019ve programmed our site with restrooms, seating, the existing\u00a0Nelson Algren fountain, amphitheater, landscape, outdoor\u00a0classroom, social service space, square, book exchange, and the\u00a0CTA.\u00a0By integrating extensive programming, the design includes each\u00a0of our clients and creates productive inclusive urban space.<\/p>\n<p>Please download all boards to achieve a full comprehension of the project:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/laurelbancroft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/CTA_BOARDSSMALL.pdf\">L.
